Hey there! My name is Hawk and I’m a 3½ year old male Shepherd mix who was brought to the shelter because my family could no longer care for me.  As you can imagine, I miss having that closeness with the ones I love, and I truly can’t wait to meet you!  I have sweet copper eyes and an adorable mostly brown coat with really cool black highlights and striking white markings here and there.  I always receive compliments on my huge floppy ears and I hope you’ll like them as well!  As a young man who enjoys learning, I know how to sit on command and hope to learn more soon.  Will you teach me?  I also really enjoy being outside on nice daily walks and playing with all sorts of toys.  So toss a tennis ball around with me for a few games of fetch and we can play for hours.  I think you’ll be pleased to know that I am housebroken, crate trained and I am very friendly, especially around children.  I am confident that I will be a great companion and can’t wait for you to visit me at the San Antonio Humane Society! Hello everyone! My name is Solma and I’m an outgoing 6 year old female feline with the most gorgeous and very shiny sleek black coat.  I am almost completely black except for a few stray white hairs on my chest. My eyes are of a striking spring-green color and really stand out in my cute little face.  My tail can be called a bit shorter than average but that just adds another special attribute to my exterior!  I am an extremely cute little lady who is quite curious and very calm.  I promise that my sweet disposition will shine when your tender hands pet me.  I love to relax and receiving affection is something I can’t get enough of.  I really want to go with that special someone to my forever home where I can relax on a soft bed, maybe even lounge on a windowsill, and show my affection to my favorite person.  Will you be this person?  I hope so.  See you soon at the San Antonio Humane Society!
